What we collect today

You can browse and try the sample audit without creating an account. Before auditing your own file, we ask for your name, work email, company and monthly AI spend range. We store those details, a submission time and browser information in our Firebase database to respond to your request and review your audit.

If you contact us directly, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your contact details and enquiry. Please do not send passwords, API keys, customer records or confidential business information through an initial enquiry.

AI Spend Audit data

Your log file is processed locally in your browser; the raw file and prompts are not uploaded. We save the audit’s headline numbers, including estimated monthly spend and savings, row count, time span, top findings with workflow names, and top model names. These summaries are linked to your signup details so we can review the results and discuss a fix plan.

Your browser stores your signup identifier, email and company locally so you do not need to repeat the form on subsequent audits. You can clear this information by clearing this website’s browser data. Contact hello@thetechguys.dev to request deletion of stored signup details and audit summaries.

Hosting and fonts

The site is hosted using Google Firebase Hosting. Google may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. We also load fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request from your browser to Google.

We have not added analytics tools, advertising trackers or cross-site advertising cookies to this version. See Firebase’s privacy information and Google Fonts’ privacy information for their handling of data. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

How we use enquiries

We use information you send us to respond, discuss possible trials and manage the resulting business conversation. We do not sell enquiry information. Access is limited to people and providers needed to handle the enquiry or operate the relevant service.

We keep enquiries for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and any applicable record-keeping duties. You can ask us to delete an enquiry or correct your information.

Future accounts and agent trials

Before enabling account creation or agent conversations, we will update this policy to explain the actual authentication, model and other providers used; what information they receive; retention; and available account controls. Access to your company’s systems will require a separate, explicit agreement about scope and permissions.

Your choices and questions

You can browse without using the planned account features, and avoid sharing sensitive information in an enquiry. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or other handling of your personal information.
